The Sikh Heritage Education Program is dedicated to preserving and teaching the spiritual, historical, ethical, and cultural foundations of the Sikh tradition. Rooted in the values of equality, service, compassion, justice, and human dignity, the program provides students with a meaningful understanding of Sikh heritage and its relevance in the modern world.
Students explore the lives and teachings of the Sikh Gurus, Sikh values and ethics, historical milestones, community traditions, and the global Sikh experience. The program also introduces Sikh ceremonies, traditions, music, art, architecture, and seva (selfless service) as central components of Sikh identity and practice.
This program is designed for students, educators, parents, youth leaders, community members, and anyone seeking a deeper understanding of Sikh heritage and values. It is especially valuable for diaspora communities wishing to maintain cultural continuity and strengthen intergenerational learning.
